Registration is closed
All twenty-two spots for 2026 are taken. Teams already in the field still have deadlines to meet, and there are two other ways to be part of the weekend.
If your team is in the field
From deposit to first shift
Pay the balance
The remaining $800 is due on or before July 31, 2026. Payment details came back with your registration confirmation.
Submit the roster
By August 31. Organizers approve it and confirm your division, which is set from the players you list.
Sign and skate
Every player signs the waiver before their first shift. Schedules and pools go up on the schedule page in early September.
Raise a little more
Many teams fundraise on top of their entry through the QEII Foundation page, which issues tax receipts. Ask the organizers to set your team up with its own page.
No team, still want in
Skaters and goalies wanted
Organizers keep a list of players looking for a bench and pass names to captains who are short. Goalies especially rarely wait long.
